E.V.P.S. Takes Part in National Paranormal Clean Up Month
When June was declared National Paranormal Clean Up month, EVPS didn't hesitate to do their part. We decided upon June 2, 07, as the longer we waited the hotter it would get. With temperature hovering well above the 100* mark, we thought we'd be in for a real scorcher, much to our surprise when we arrived in Superior, AZ it was completely overcast! The clouds gave us some much needed break from the sun. And we even had a slight breeze which helped out too. Everyone jumped right in with cleaning up trash, broken bottles, and old cans left behind. A couple of our guys took it upon themselves to map out the cemetery since there seems to be no real viable information on where the grave sites are, let alone who is buried in this old cemetery. We'll be adding the map to our site shortly. After it looked like all the trash had been picked up, we all began in trimming of some bushes, trees and cactus from some of the sites. We also raked up the area, added some much needed stones on some sites. We will be back later to replace the crosses that needed some fixing or just plain adding a cross to an empty site. We also placed new flowers on the sites as well, and left toys for the children that are laid to rest here. When all the hard work was complete, we had a much deserved break for dinner. After some assembly of the new BBQ grill, the cooking began. Delicious burgers and hot dogs were on the menu with all the fixings too. After dinner, we had a brief training session then headed for home at 11:30pm.

Members: Mark Fullbright, Adam Kadrmas and Russ Mann shown here as they are mapping out the layout of the Pinal Cemetery. Something that has been much needed for those that frequent this area for the paranormal activity that abounds.
Here Eric Wenzel is hard at work cutting the boards for some much needed crosses on the grave sites. Some are in general need of repair or replacing and some just need one added.
Painting the crosses proved to be harder then expected for Co-director Rodney Mann. This VERY dry wood just soaked up the spray paint, so it was decided to make these up at home and return on another trip. One can of paint only covered what you see here!
Here Cyndi Ranes and Sara Acevedo are cleaning up the over grown cactus around the Reese grave site. They also swept off the headstone.
Here are members Randi Heckadon, Sara Acevedo and Crystal Lambert are picking up the cactus that has almost over taken the Reese site. It really looks a lot better now.
Making some final touches on the map of the cemetery, Mark and Rodney talk over some of the grave sites and how far the cemetery goes from this point.
Cyndi Ranes gathers some flowers for the grave sites. Some of the graves didn't have any and some graves needed new flowers as all that was left was wires.
Please note at this time this page is NOT finished, it will be a work in progress until our efforts at Pinal Cemetery are completely finished. Keep checking back for updates!!
